SMALL GROUP


Small group training takes your fitness to another level through personal training. These 4:1 individualized groups are completely tailored to your body and your own goals.

You will be guided through an assessment process to ensure that we are considering each person’s individual movement abilities, injuries , and medical history.

This is personal training done in a small group atmosphere to ensure that everyone is having fun but all receiving plenty of individual attention.
